Two-piece Rivets

Our range of two-piece nylon rivets includes ratchet rivets, which securely fasten together, as well as male/female rivets and mini male/female rivets used in NHS visors. RoHS Compliant and UL94-V2, suitable for temperature ranges of 35°C to +85°C

Nylon Ratchet Rivets - Consists of two identical pieces that fasten together using a 'ratcheting' system, this is a secure, anti-vibration, and corrosion-resistant fastening.

Male/Female Rivets—These rivets comprise two pieces: one is a male or studded rivet, and the other is a female receptacle that the stud can 'click' into to make a secure panel fastener.

Nylon Binder Posts—These consist of two parts: a male threaded post and a female receptacle. They are ideally suited to holding books or sheets of paper together. They are available in thread sizes of M4 and M5, in Black and White.

Two-piece Removable Rivets—These rivets are easy to install and securely hold panels together. The pin is pressed down into the rivet body, opening the rivet's legs to hold the panels in place. To remove the rivet, lift the pin, which releases the pressure on the legs. The rivet can then be removed and reused.
