It provides good strength to the PCB and prevents rotation. These push spacers are designed to support heavily loaded circuit boards. No through hole is required in the board, allowing easy access to the underside. They have a flanged base to keep them steady.
Product Specification
Flat-Top Snap-In Supports: The flat-top supports boards without drilling a hole, while wings on the other end add tension for a secure hold in a hole. Made of nylon, these supports have excellent wear and abrasion resistance and resist chemicals and solvents (except mineral acids). Exposure to moisture may cause them to expand.
Material: PS-type PC board isolation column. Qualified NYLON66 (natural color), fireproof grade 94V-2, not easy to age, high insulation.
Usage: First, drill a 4.5mm hole in the substrate, then insert the isolation top column into the substrate hole.
Use: To support the PC board and increase its stability.
