Nylon washers have excellent insulating properties, are non-magnetic, heat-insulating, lightweight, and are made of individual materials. Compared to metal washers, they offer excellent insulation, corrosion resistance, heat insulation, non-magnetic properties, and are lightweight, making them widely used in the semiconductor, automotive, aerospace industries, interior decoration, and other fields. PA6 (polyamide 6 = nylon 6) is a crystalline engineering plastic. It is highly pliable and has a low coefficient of friction and abrasion resistance, as well as good resistance to oil and chemicals. This makes it most suitable for use as a mechanical material. However, due to its high level of hygroscopicity, this must be taken into account in the design. It does not contain the six substances (lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, PBB, PBDE) restricted by the RoHS Directive.
