Welding is equivalent to turning two separate parts into a whole. Metals are melted together at high temperatures, then cooled, with alloys added in between. Under the action of molecular force, the internal strength is generally greater than that of the parent body. The parameters of the welding test depend on the fusion size of the weld and then adjust the welding parameters according to the fusion size until the defects become smaller and smaller and are eliminated. Of course, welding quality is related to pre-welding treatment, such as dust removal, oil pollution, etc. Therefore, round weld nuts are widely used.

1. The shielding gas is argon. The purity can reach 99.99%. When the welding current is 50-150A, the flow rate of argon gas is 8-10L/min, and when the welding current is 150-250A, the flow rate of argon gas is 12-15L/min. The angle between the filling wire and the surface of the workpiece should be as small as possible, generally around 10°.

2. The length of the tungsten electrode protruding from the gas nozzle should be 4-5 mm as far as possible, 5-6 mm in places with deep grooves, and 2-3 mm in places with poor shielding such as fillet welding. The distance between the nozzle and the workpiece should be as far as possible within 15 mm.

3. The welding arc length is 2~4mm when welding ordinary steel, and 1~3mm when welding stainless steel. If it is too long, the protection effect will not be good.

4. If you are in a windy place, please take measures to block the net and take appropriate ventilation measures indoors. Remember to be windproof and ventilated.

5. Adopt vertical external power supply, positive polarity (welding wire connected to negative pole).

6. It is generally suitable for welding thin plates below 6mm. It has the characteristics of small weld deformation and a beautiful shape after welding.

7. If there is oil or rust, clean the welding part, this is to avoid welding pores.

8. Round welding nut To make the argon gas well protect the welding pool and facilitate the welding operation, the angle between the center line of the tungsten electrode at the welding position and the workpiece is generally 80°-85°, and the angle between the welding wire and the surface of the workpiece is as small as possible, generally around 10°.
