Hex Standoffs are commonly used to create a space between two objects, often helping to position them correctly. Our range of plastic standoffs features a female-to-female connection type and is designed for manual installation, eliminating the need for assembly equipment.
Our range features Hex Standoff Metric spacers made from Black 25% Glass Filled Nylon 6. Internal threads are mounted with either an M3 or M4 screw. Our Nylon offering extends to a Nylon Standoff Spacer series made from Natural Nylon 6/6 with a flame resistance rating of UL94 V2.
We also offer a range of Polyether Ether Ketone (PEEK) hex-threaded standoffs, available in light brown. This premium option has a heat resistance rating of UL94 V0 and can withstand heat up to 365°F. They possess excellent mechanical strength and stiffness, as well as resistance to alternating tensile and bending loads.
