This is a push-reverse locking spacer with a flat top mounted on the underside of the board. It is designed to fit through the bottom of a PCB and connect to the panel above.

Snap-In Supports with Female Connection
Material: PC board isolation column PS type. Qualified NYLON66 (natural color), fire rating 94V-2, not easy to age, high insulation.
Usage: Drill 4.8mm holes in the base plate first, then insert the isolation column into the base plate hole.
Usage: Support the PC board and increase its stability of PC board.
Secure the self-tapping female connection with a screw; the other end snaps snugly into a board yet can be released for repairs and upgrades. Supports are nylon, which has excellent wear and abrasion resistance and offers resistance to chemicals and solvents (except mineral acids). Exposure to moisture may cause them to expand.
