Advantages

2. In addition, because of non-metallic manufacturing, in the current or other electrical signals under the influence of eddy currents and other signal interference will not be generated, the advantages of its anti-interference are suitable for communication and other industries. 

3. nylon screws' acid and alkali resistance is better, which is the best PVDF screws, followed by polypropylene; both have strong acid and alkali resistance and plastic screws, compared to the first two, resistance to strong acid and alkali performance is relatively poor, so in some of the electroplating industry of strong acid and alkali environments, nylon screws, especially PVDF screws have an extensive range of applications

Disadvantages:

1. The most significant defect of nylon screws is that ordinary nylon screws' torque and strength are not as good as ordinary metal screws; the torque is too large there are slippery teeth or head fracture possibilities.

2. Due to different plastic molding shrinkage reasons, temperature and humidity changes, as well as the length of the molding cycle and other reasons, lead to nylon screw size error tolerance. In addition, because the ordinary nylon material is soft, it can not be used for conventional ring gauge measurement.
