Product Specification
Plastic screws are chemical and oil resistant, nonconductive, and lightweight. They are not recommended for high-strength fastening. Length is measured from under the head.
Nylon screws may expand when exposed to moisture. PVC screws resist oil, grease, and alkalies better than nylon screws. Unlike nylon screws, they won't absorb moisture. PTFE is our most corrosion-resistant plastic screw. They withstand salt water and acids, won't absorb moisture, and perform better than other plastic screws in extreme temperatures.
Match the thread spacing of mating components. Coarse threads are the industry standard; choose these screws if you don't know the pitch or threads per inch. Fine threads are closely spaced to prevent loosening from vibration.
